Noodles!!!!

On my recent trip to NYC, I stopped by Umi Nom, a Filipino restaurant in Brooklyn. I asked the chef to let me into his kitchen and show me his interpretation of the classic Pancit Canton. It was a grand time and it tasted great. Check out his restaurant next time you're in the Clinton Hill area. Enjoy!

On my last trip to NYC to attend the Bowie Ball, Kit and I recorded a Beatles cover.  I used the track as a backing to some footage of me walking around the Union Square Farmers Market in November when I went searching for ingredients for a special dinner.
