My new cooking show pilot.

Kinilaw is the Filipino version of ceviche, or fish cooked with and
acid. The fish is usually tuna, and the acid usually a citrus called
Calamansi. Also some vinegar is added to up the acidity.
Here is a very simplified version of Kinilaw.

Christmas Album

O Christmas Tree for Maiden
Every year I decide to record a Christmas Album for the world, and end up not actually doing it. This year seems to be no different. While at my New Hampshire retreat, I did however decide to play one of my favorite Christmas tunes for Maiden, my sisters dog.  Yes, Maiden, as in Iron Maiden.  The 7 pound, soft and fluffy, yorkshire terrier.  Enjoy!

I love it!

Dancing with my very good friend Anne at Paul and Natalie's house during our "French" Party. We cooked mussels and danced the whole night. What a great time I have with these bunch of characters!

Note: Job isn't sick, he's just a little tired and needed a little nap. Poor baby!

Back Home

Evening Song #1

I got home this evening from my weeks of travel visiting close friends and felt, how do you say, comme ci, comme ça.
I was so uninspired when I walked into my empty house that I wrote a short piece of music.

Life Enrichment Lesson #4: Learn to dance

I like to dance.  Recently, I took a trip to see some of my good friends in Indiana and was fortunate enough to capture some picnic table swing dancing moments. The weather was beautiful and afterwards we went out for some pizza.
