My new cooking show pilot.

Kinilaw!



Kinilaw is the Filipino version of ceviche, or fish cooked with and 
acid. The fish is usually tuna, and the acid usually a citrus called
Calamansi. Also some vinegar is added to up the acidity.
Here is a very simplified version of Kinilaw.
